Consultation services, tax affairs, and countermeasures against anti-social forces

Consultation services for handling legal violations and misconducts
We offer consultation services related to the work environment, harassment, and other problems, which are available from multiple internal offices, in an effort to prevent and resolve legal violations, misconduct, and other problems.
In addition to providing these services, we have introduced a consultation service provided by an external lawyer, whom employees can consult directly.
We have also established rules for preventing the detrimental treatment of employees who have blown the whistle or used the consultation services.
Our views and framework on tax affairs
We position improving management transparency, enhancing the supervising function, making decisions promptly, and ensuring compliance as the most important corporate governance tasks.
The same applies to tax payment, and we believe it is important to improve transparency, follow the tax-related laws of each country and region and standards announced by international organizations, etc., as part of our efforts to maintain and improve our tax compliance and ensure appropriate tax payment.
Our chief financial officer (CFO) delivers information and gives guidance on basic policies related to the appropriate fulfillment of tax obligations and proper tax expenses, while overseeing the fulfillment of the obligation.
The Administrative Department executes tax-related operations by working with related departments under the comprehensive guidance of CFO.
Our policy on dealing with anti-social forces
As a corporation with social responsibilities, we have established the following basic policy and observe it to prevent damage from organized crime groups and other anti-social forces.
