Enhancing my value on a high growth curve, even in different stages of life
I've felt that increasing my value as a businessperson is important for my career since my job hunting days. I want to keep working, even in different stages of life. I joined BayCurrent because I wanted to maximize my own value as quickly as possible. When working on a project, you inevitably need to ask yourself what the client truly needs and if you're satisfying that needs. Thus I'm always working with the idea of improving my own output level in mind.
Environment that allows for steady career enhancement with peace of mind
BayCurrent provides an environment that lets you communicate and realize your own desires. By expressing my desires to take on roles with the responsibility of communicating with clients, or to work on new business matters, I feel I can gain the experience I need and that doing so will help me enhance my career. BayCurrent's culture provides such opportunities and makes it possible to get support from supervisors and seniors that I look up to. Sometimes taking on challenges in new realms doesn't go as planned, but getting advice from supervisors and seniors with abundant knowledge and experience shows me perspectives that I couldn't see on my own. I can then keep working while feeling that I'm growing. Moving forward, I want to be able to inspire those that work with me as my great supervisors and seniors do. I want to be a consultant that consistently delivers values beyond expectations of both clients and BayCurrent. I'm currently spending my days on maternity leave, focusing on childcare. The company creates an environment that's easy for women to work in, and they have graciously supported me. I can't say I have no worries about returning to work later on, but the career I've fostered up until now at BayCurrent gives me confidence and peace of mind. I've actually moved into a different stage in life. However, I loved being able to grow in such a short time, so I'm convinced that making BayCurrent my first job was the right choice.
