We provide step-by-step career development based on your aptitude and personal values.
As you progress from Analyst to Consultant to Senior Consultant, you will gradually take on more challenging roles.
As you discover your strengths and areas of expertise, you will build your career in stages, working your way up to Manager or Expert level and beyond.

  • Consultants work independently, from task design to schedule management, based on instructions from project leads
