After graduating from Waseda University, he joined Baycurrent in 2019. He has been extensively involved in the healthcare industry, working on a wide range of projects including IT infrastructure design, marketing strategy development, business process improvement, and SCM optimization.

After graduating from the University of Tokyo, he joined Baycurrent in 2021. He is engaged in a wide range of activities, including developing promotion and business strategies for launching a healthcare venture for an electric power company, overseeing system implementation and new product development for a life insurance company, and driving DX initiatives for a retail company.

After graduating from Hosei University, she worked for a leading HR services company before joining BayCurrent in 2021. After graduating from Keio University, he worked at a global consulting firm before joining Baycurrent in 2019. He specializes in business management and organizational transformation, primarily for clients in the manufacturing, retail, telecommunications, and high-tech industries. Throughout his career, he has supported a wide range of projects across all phases, from strategy and planning to execution. He is committed above all to helping clients achieve successful transformation. He also serves as Offering Lead for the ERP Functional Group.

After graduating from Doshisha University, she worked for a major IT company before joining Baycurrent in 2022. She is involved in HR process optimization, system renewal, and project management, focusing primarily on industries such as mobility, energy, and finance.

After graduating from Meiji University, he worked for IT vendors and other companies before joining Baycurrent in 2010. He focuses on decarbonization management and DX strategies across industries such as manufacturing, finance, telecommunications, media, and the public sector. Since 2020, he has been involved with the Japan Deep Learning Association.

Overseas Expansion of Smart City Business
We formulated entry policies based on smart city concepts, market size, and specific needs in four target countries. Also, considered how to collaborate with local partners when entering these markets.
Formulating a Strategy for the Promotion of Hydrogen Transportation Technology
To develop a growth strategy for the hydrogen sector, we developed a strategy to promote the client's hydrogen transportation technology. We identified how the technology is recognized and perceived through interviews with global companies and integrated specific activities into the business plan.
Promoting a Manufacturing Restructuring Strategy for a Consumer Goods Manufacturer
We thoroughly examined the product lines of household products and analyzed the costs. Based on financial performance, we narrowed down the products and reviewed the factories and logistics bases to achieve profitability. We also searched for buyers for the facilities to be closed and supported the negotiations.
National Strategy for Expanding Space Business
To expand Japan's space business with a focus on space exploration, we formulated a future vision and effective measures to encourage the participation of private companies in realizing this vision.
Intelligent Automation for P&C Insurance
We investigated leading global practices and explored the hyper-automation of business processes. We proposed a future vision that goes beyond merely improving business efficiency to include creating added value, such as advanced pricing models.
Development of AI for Analyzing Consumer Preferences
We promoted the planning and development of an AI engine that analyzes consumer preferences and recommends optimal dishes. We built the analysis logic based on big data and achieved new value and competitive advantage through functional expansion.
