Developed global supply and demand scenarios for 2030 (optimistic/base/pessimistic etc...) taking into account regional characteristics and trends in various technologies and companies. In addition, identified promising areas in the biofuel business and reflected them in the mid-term management plan.
Developing future business models based on the latest surveys of trends in V2X-related markets
Planned the ideal V2X business model which continues to expand against the backdrop of the need for SX and technology innovation with the consideration of potential utilization of customer assets and the possibility of supplementing insufficient capabilities.
