Summarized trends in biofuels for the realization of a low-carbon society focusing on biocrude oil and bionaphtha as upstream resources and SAF biojets as downstream resources. Developed global supply and demand scenarios for 2030 (optimistic/base/pessimistic etc...) taking into account regional characteristics and trends in various technologies and companies. In addition, identified promising areas in the biofuel business and reflected them in the mid-term management plan.

Developing future business models based on the latest surveys of trends in V2X-related markets

Planned the ideal V2X business model which continues to expand against the backdrop of the need for SX and technology innovation with the consideration of potential utilization of customer assets and the possibility of supplementing insufficient capabilities. Then designed a more detailed business model which could be launched in the near future including operational design of promotion, etc.

Developing an external public relations strategy based on a review of ESG materiality
