Kohei Miyashita
Kohei joined the firm in 2018 after graduating from the University of Tokyo with an undergraduate degree in economics. He has been engaged in projects such as launching new businesses, change management, RPA development in the telecommunications, pharmaceutical, and securities industries.

A fulfilling 5G strategy project: Bringing it from strategy development to execution
I joined the company four years ago, and now I'm able to proceed with projects the way I wanted to and feel very fulfilled. For example, when I had the opportunity to help launch a new solution using 5G, I didn't just develop a business strategy including a sales strategy, I also had the opportunity to work on the parts essential in implementing it: launching a new division, organizing the work flow, and coordinating vendors. I believe that being in the room with clients while working on projects has improved my ability to develop client-first strategies and launch organizations.
Caring for clients and becoming a consultant that goes above and beyond
As a student, I wanted to work in a "cool" way with people from different backgrounds to solve clients' problems. I looked for a place like that when I started job hunting, and that's when I found BayCurrent. As a consulting company whose project style involves consultants with different nationalities and experience valuing close communication with clients and solving their problems, it was exactly what I had been looking for. I decided to join BayCurrent because I thought that here, I could maybe work the "cool" way that I'd dreamed of.
