After graduating from Hosei University, she worked for a leading HR services company before joining BayCurrent in 2021. Engaged in the planning and execution of DX strategies, primarily for clients in the automotive industry. Currently, as a member of the Strategy Group, focuses mainly on CxO-level agendas.
