After graduating from Waseda University,she worked for a leading service company before joining BayCurrent in 2023. Gained experience in the planning and execution of organizational and HR strategies as well as CX strategies, primarily in the printing and retail industries. Currently, after returning from maternity and childcare leave, is engaged in company-wide recruitment strategy.
