Year End Party
We hold a Year End Party (Y.E.P.) every year.The November 2025 Y.E.P. was held at Tokyo Dome, with approximately 10,000 participants, including employees and their families. Alongside special live performances by renowned artists, attendees enjoyed a wide variety of interactive activities such as a strike out challenge, simulation golf, as well as a festival corner for children; fostering deeper connections through these shared experiences.
Baycurrent Award
The Baycurrent Award is an annual, company-wide recognition event that celebrates the projects and employee endeavors that have supported Baycurrent's growth and value creation. It honors outstanding efforts that have made significant contributions to enhancing corporate value. This event provides a valuable opportunity for employees to reflect on the value and significance of their work, while reaffirming the connection between their personal growth and the company’s development.
Family Day
Family Day is an event where employees and their families can experience Baycurrent's working style and office environment. Starting with a welcome from the CEO at the entrance, employees were able to experience BayCurrent's hospitality through an office tour and a relaxing time at Baycurrent Cafe. A raffle and drink service for children were also prepared, and the event was a time for family bonding in a friendly atmosphere from start to finish.
