Contributed to strengthening execution capability through job posting guidelines and interviewer training.

To realize data-driven management, the client needed to standardize operations and systems and develop a concept for enhancing efficiency through AI. We organized cross-departmental issues across the client's organization and formulated a highly feasible AI utilization strategy, while also fostering an AI-driven culture, developing concrete scenarios for generating results, and visualizing their impact.

With growth in the existing business slowing, the company faced an urgent need to establish new revenue pillars and explore new strategic options, including potential collaborations. We developed a new business strategy leveraging procurement data and provided end-to-end support from JV structuring through operating model setup, enabling the establishment of a second growth platform.
