What drew me to Baycurrent was the strong career support system designed to help people with no prior experience get up to speed quickly. During the selection process, I learned that beyond the initial onboarding training, there is a system where supervisors provide regular feedback after joining a project, helping consultants bridge the gap between learning and real work. That gave me the confidence that this was truly a place where anyone could develop their skills from scratch. Now that I am actually here, it has exceeded my expectations, and I genuinely feel that I am driving my own growth and moving at a pace I never thought possible.

My goal is to consistently deliver results while building a career that I can genuinely enjoy over the long term.
I believe in first defining the person I want to become, then working backward to identify what I should focus on today. By making intentional choices and taking consistent action each day, I can steadily move closer to that vision.
Rather than simply completing the tasks in front of me, I want to articulate the value I can provide to a project and team, and translate that into results in a repeatable way.
I also strive to perform consistently, even during demanding periods, by setting clear priorities, communicating proactively, and involving the right people at the right time. I see maintaining a positive mindset not as something that happens by chance, but as something I can consciously cultivate. By doing so, I hope to have a positive impact on both my clients and my teammates.

The first project I joined remains one of the most memorable experiences of my career.
I worked with the HR department of a major electric power company on a project aimed at improving recruitment quality through data analysis. Although I had no prior experience in the HR domain, I was expected to act as a trusted professional in front of the client. At the same time, as the team leader, I was also responsible for managing and developing team members.
To meet those expectations, I first focused on identifying the unique value I could bring. My greatest strength was the data analysis expertise I had developed in my previous role. By thoroughly applying a structured approach—understanding the problem, forming hypotheses, and validating them with data—I was able to deliver value that went beyond my lack of domain experience.

I also learned a great deal from my manager and teammates. Rather than giving detailed instructions, my manager trusted me to make decisions and take ownership of the outcomes. Being given meaningful responsibility from an early stage encouraged me to think independently, move initiatives forward, and stay fully accountable for delivering results. That sense of ownership is something I developed in this environment.
At the same time, I always knew support was available whenever I needed it. My manager provided thoughtful feedback that helped me organize issues, refine my thinking, and make better decisions. By striking the right balance between trust and guidance, they created an environment where I could grow while taking responsibility for my own work.
Another aspect of Baycurrent's culture that stands out is the openness of communication. Regardless of title or position, everyone is encouraged to speak up, exchange ideas candidly, and focus on achieving the best possible outcome. Even as someone new to consulting, I was trusted with challenging opportunities and surrounded by colleagues who welcomed open discussion. I believe this combination of early responsibility and an open, collaborative culture has enabled me to broaden my perspective and strengthen my ability to execute in a relatively short period of time.

I cherish taking time to enjoy Japanese tea. On weekends, I visit tea events or go tea-picking with friends who share the same passion. Each variety has its own distinct aroma, flavor, and even differences in the texture and weight of the leaves, and the more I learn, the more I find myself drawn into its depth. I have even represented Tokyo at a Tocha-kai* competition.
On weekdays, I bring teabags to the office and take a moment to pause between tasks. It’s an essential way for me to reset and stay balanced, even during busy periods.
*Tocha-kai: A traditional Japanese tea gathering where participants taste and compare different teas and try to identify their types or regions of origin.
