Intelligent Automation

Intelligent automation is an innovative technology that has the potential to dramatically improve a company's competitiveness. By combining AI, RPA, process mining, etc. in an advanced manner, it improves the speed and quality of business operations and reduces costs. Intelligent automation plays an important role, especially in data-driven decision-making and predictive analysis. The introduction of this technology is essential for companies to respond quickly and flexibly to market changes. This allows companies to increase productivity and secure a competitive advantage.

Our Essential

Changing business operations and decision-making processes is difficult and requires advanced change management. Even if you can outline a theoretical vision for your business, employees who are accustomed to the current way of doing things will face a significant psychological barrier to changing the way things are done. Baycurrent uses its advanced technical capabilities and execution capabilities to propose concrete improvement measures through a practical approach rooted in the field, ensuring results.

Featured Cases

Next-Generation RPA Integration Support Project

To achieve efficient UAT without relying on the IT department, we selected the optimal RPA and developed an automated UAT system. Established the fundamentals for knowledge transfer and modification rules during RPA implementation and promoted RPA adoption by the client. We first evaluated multiple RPA products and selected a tool that was easy to develop and maintain. Developed and demonstrated a UAT robot within a short period, leveraging knowledge from past projects to achieve rapid deployment. This enabled the automation of testing large volumes of data, significantly improving business efficiency.

Business Reform through Process Mining

Using logs from the infrastructure system as input, we visualized operations through process mining. We identified issues and solutions based on the data and supported their incorporation into system requirements. We proposed using process mining to a client who had been attempting to visualize human-centric operations but had struggled to achieve results due to a disconnect from actual work. Since the analysis was based on system event logs, the visualization was highly accurate, and AI proposed improvement plans, thereby promoting reforms efficiently.

Intelligent Automation for P&C Insurance

We investigated the advanced initiatives of global peers from multiple perspectives, including hyper-automation, process mining, and workflow orchestration. We developed hypotheses on potential initiatives for the client and supported the formulation of a roadmap. And, proposed a vision that not only focused on improving business efficiency but also considered the application of automation to areas that generate added value, such as more sophisticated pricing.

Cases

Promoting Alliances for AI Introduction

We supported collaboration negotiations with a Silicon Valley startup to implement AI in administrative areas. This included conducting research, developing negotiation strategies, devising negotiation points, and supporting the actual negotiations in the U.S.

BaHyperautomation in Back-Office Operationsck-office hyperautomation

Focusing on back-office operations, we combined AI, RPA, unstructured data infrastructure, and workflow management systems to enhance automation beyond previous levels.
