Joined Baycurrent in 2022.
As a new graduate recruiter, she is involved in organizing information sessions, planning events, and conducting recruitment activities for consultant support and corporate staff positions.
Why Baycurrent?
During my job search, the most important factor for me was the personalities of the employees I would be working with. While the job content is important, reflecting on my life, I feel I have been surrounded by wonderful people, and I wanted to work in a similar environment after entering the workforce. Baycurrent particularly stood out to me in this regard. During the interview, the team was warm and empathetic, which strongly influenced my decision to join the company.
Career Vision
I aim to provide even more comprehensive support in the new graduate recruitment department where I am currently working. Additionally, many of the senior employees I know successfully balance work and childcare. I hope to follow their example and continue working here for the long term.

The Rewards of Recruiting New Graduates Through Connections with Students
The role of the consultant support position involves providing general support to clients in projects under the consultant, as well as supporting various head office operations such as sales, recruitment, and management under the producer. Currently, I work in the new graduate recruitment department, where I support students in their job search through company information sessions and interviews. I believe that my proximity in age to the students allows me to connect with them on a personal level, and I always strive to maintain that same level of connection. What makes my job rewarding is when students who participate in the selection process express their desire to work with us by saying, "I want to work at a company like this, I want to work with them."

Cultivating the Ability to Act and Communicate from the Other Person's Perspective
Through my daily work, I feel that my ability to act from the other person’s perspective and my communication skills have improved. I attribute this growth to the environment at Baycurrent, where I am surrounded by employees who approach each task with humility and sincerity. I constantly consider how to act in a way that facilitates the other person’s work and strive to be agile in my actions. In addition to frequent internal and external communication, I have gained practical experience through direct interactions with students from my first year. This experience has significantly contributed to my personal growth. I aim to continue learning from the senior employees around me and further develop my skills.

Spreading the Appeal of Support Jobs Through Communication
I plan to leverage the skills in perspective-taking and communication that I have developed to enhance the recruitment efforts for consultant support positions in the future. As consultant support positions are a newly established role, I am eager to convey their appeal to a broader range of students. Additionally, through perspective-oriented communication, I will strengthen my support to ensure that each student can approach the selection process with confidence. I look forward to meeting students at information sessions and during the selection process.
Private Life
After work or on my days off, I often go out with friends. I visit cafes and restaurants that interest me, and I refresh myself by practicing classical ballet, which I have been doing since I was three years old, and by dancing, which I engaged in during college.
