Sakura Suzuki

During my student years, I worked part-time in the back office of a law firm, where I discovered the appeal of support roles. Engaging with people who held diverse values and perspectives through these tasks convinced me that such experiences would positively influence my personal growth. During my job search, I prioritized this perspective in choosing a company. At Baycurrent’s information session, I was impressed by the company's environment that supports growth through interaction with various industries and businesses, the opportunity to work proactively by understanding others' viewpoints and needs, and the extensive range of clerical responsibilities. Additionally, the sincere attention from the interviewers confirmed that this culture is truly embodied within the company, which strongly reinforced my desire to work here.

I aim to develop as a "support professional" by accumulating diverse experiences and supporting the success of many individuals both within and outside the company. I aspire to build a long-term career by steadily gaining experience and learning from the example of senior colleagues who have navigated significant life events as women.

In addition to supporting consultants' project involvement, I am also responsible for compiling issues into management reports. Understanding the context of my work and feeling that I am contributing to the company provides a strong sense of accomplishment. This feeling of achievement motivates me to approach my work with enthusiasm every day. As my responsibilities gradually expand, I feel a growing sense of personal development, which significantly boosts my motivation.

Through daily communication with various people, I have come to recognize the importance of understanding others' perspectives to grasp what they are thinking and what they need. This perspective is crucial in any profession or service, and it is something I had not fully considered during my student years. While I am still developing in this area, I aim to continue refining my empathy through my daily work.

Currently, I am focused on my immediate tasks, but I aim to enhance my communication and coordination skills through my current role. By identifying and addressing various issues while supporting consultants and sales staff, I strive to become a versatile and proactive supporter.

I started playing golf in college, so on my days off, I enjoy golfing with friends and my father to unwind. I also love traveling abroad, and once I become more accustomed to my job, I plan to visit a Dodgers game.
