After working at a global IT company, he joined Baycurrent in 2015.
He has extensive experience in consulting, covering everything from strategy formulation to execution phases, including CX strategy, sales strategy, new business planning, and large-scale BPO in the insurance, retail, and manufacturing industries.

Why Baycurrent?

The one-pool system was very appealing to me, as I wanted to gain broad and varied consulting experience.
Another key factor in my decision to join the company was the work ethic and the high level of perspective shown by the employees I met during the selection process.

Career Vision

I aim to work closely with clients to create value by addressing both the social issues many companies face and improving their profitability. At the same time, I want to enhance Baycurrent’s overall value by contributing to in-house training and recruitment efforts.

Creating New Businesses as One Team

One of the most memorable projects since joining the company was working on new business development for a non-life insurance group. In the business development department, whose mission is to create new businesses, we provided end-to-end support, from new business planning and concept to solution development and sales strategy formulation. Working as one team with the client, we overcame numerous challenges and problems, ultimately succeeding in releasing multiple cutting-edge digital solutions.

I Came to Understand the Importance of Being Deeply Committed to My Clients' Business Success

As we started working with the client to create a completely new business, we faced many challenges, such as getting stuck in the planning stage and encountering problems during the development phase. However, the Baycurrent members who participated were deeply committed to the client’s success, often even more so than the client themselves. Through daily, face-to-face discussions with the client, we worked together to find solutions. As a result, we successfully released a new digital solution and received high praise from the client. Through this project, I learned the importance of maintaining a level of commitment and determination greater than anyone else on the client’s side to ensure project success.

Building a Mid- to Long-Term Partnership with Our Clients

In the future, in addition to producing results in projects, I would like to focus on delivering projects that foster growth for both our clients and Baycurrent team members. Because "people" are the biggest driver of success for both clients and consultants, I aim to create opportunities within projects where all members can learn and practice the necessary skills to improve in the medium to long term. This way, when clients face more difficult challenges in the future, they will call on us again, knowing that we have grown even more. I would like to continue building such medium to long-term relationships.

Private Life

In my free time, I have recently taken up mountain climbing with friends. It's quite exhausting to walk for hours on steep mountain paths, but the sense of accomplishment when reaching the summit, along with the tension of knowing that every split-second decision could be critical, is what I enjoy the most.
