After graduating from the Graduate School of Tokyo University of Science, he worked at a think tank before joining Baycurrent in 2022. He is involved in a wide range of topics, primarily in the manufacturing industry, including global ERP integration and cybersecurity.

Demonstrating Leadership in Bridging Japan and Overseas

One of the most memorable projects was the global ERP integration project for a manufacturer, which was the first assignment I received after joining Baycurrent. This large-scale project, involving over 1,000 members from around the world, aimed to roll out the ERP systems from overseas locations to Japan. As the leader of the team bridging the gap between the overseas and domestic sides, I facilitated and resolved various activities, including building the domestic infrastructure, system development, task transfers between departments, and end-user training.

Honing Persistent Proposal Skills to Overcome Challenges

Due to differences in perspectives between the overseas bases and the domestic side, various project activities often faced obstacles. At times, significant revisions to plans and approaches were necessary, which created considerable challenges for all team members. In these situations, I engaged in numerous face-to-face discussions with both sides, clarified the issues, and continuously proposed solutions to address them. This experience allowed me to develop my leadership skills in managing global projects.

Leading by Example and Growing Together

In addition to delivering results on projects as a consultant, I am now also responsible for training new and junior employees. When I first joined the company, I was initially overwhelmed by the fast-paced environment and the level of insight and suggestions required. During this period, I received valuable advice from respected senior colleagues, which helped me progress to a role where I now lead projects. Although I am still developing myself, I am committed to focusing on the growth and development of new and junior employees, aiming to help them advance quickly as consultants. I aspire to contribute to Baycurrent's overall growth and enhance our contributions to clients.

Private Life

On my days off, I often enjoy watching soccer or playing futsal with my colleagues. Engaging in these activities allows me to see a different side of my colleagues compared to our work interactions and fosters a deeper understanding among us. I find that Baycurrent stands out positively as it doesn't have the typical consulting firm atmosphere, and I appreciate the bright and kind environment created by my colleagues.
