After graduating from Doshisha University, she worked for a major IT company before joining Baycurrent in 2022.
She is involved in HR process optimization, system renewal, and project management, focusing primarily on industries such as mobility, energy, and finance.

Why Baycurrent?

I decided to join Baycurrent because I felt it was an environment where each employee's individuality is respected and where I could gain diverse experiences.
The one-pool system, where consultants belong to a single department, allows for a broad range of experiences without being confined to a specific industry or topic. This system is based on a culture that values the individuality of each person, creating an environment where continuous growth is encouraged.

Career Vision

I aim to become a generalist who earns the trust of clients and handles a wide range of consultations.
I strive to leverage internal expertise to demonstrate my value across various domains, rather than relying solely on my past experiences and knowledge.

Large-scale System Renewal Project Affecting the Entire Company

Since joining Baycurrent, the most memorable project has been the revamp of an energy company's accounting system. The objective was to unify the accounting systems of group companies and centrally manage all the company's accounting data. This was my first long-term project. As the PMO for this project, I was responsible for schedule planning, formulating implementation plans, and supporting the implementation of system testing, migration planning, and execution. Given the project's large scale and numerous stakeholders, my support also included managing and addressing tasks and issues that arose at each stage.

Realizing the Ability to Think from a Higher Perspective

Although the project was in a field where I could leverage my previous experience, it was challenging as a PMO due to the numerous stakeholders involved. We faced delays from misunderstandings between vendors and constant issues, such as modifications required after system development, which highlighted the difficulty of smoothly advancing the project. However, while considering problem-solving approaches, I noticed that I was thinking from a higher perspective compared to my previous role and suddenly felt a sense of personal growth. While effort is crucial to realizing growth, I also believe in valuing the "people" I work with. In this project, we built a mutually supportive team, allowing me to take on challenges without fear of failure, which I believe was also an opportunity for growth.

Aiming to Gain Trust and Become a Consultant of Choice

As a consultant, I focused on demonstrating value in my current tasks, but to advance to a managerial role or higher, I aim to gain clients' trust and become a consultant chosen across various fields of expertise. To achieve this, I plan to develop a broader perspective on the current project and further enhance my consulting skills. Additionally, I intend to leverage internal knowledge and avoid relying solely on my previous experience to deliver value across diverse areas.

Private Life

On my days off, I enjoy staying active by playing golf, going to the gym, hiking, or visiting the sauna.
Recently, I have become particularly interested in golf and have traveled to Miyazaki and Hokkaido for golf trips.
Enjoying golf amidst vast landscapes and savoring local specialties is fantastic, and the beer and local gourmet food after a round of golf are exceptional.
