Accompanying from Strategy Planning to Execution and Effectiveness Measurement

One project that left a particularly strong impression on me was the marketing strategy planning project for a pharmaceutical company. This was part of a major initiative involving both the client and Baycurrent, where we consistently managed everything from planning internal and external marketing strategies to implementing measures and measuring their effectiveness. Promptly delivering the information needed by healthcare professionals improved the quality of medical services and, ultimately, promoted public health. It was a project that provided both a sense of tension and accomplishment.

Meeting with Boss Who Showed Me the Type of Consultant I Aspire to Be

Although this was my first project in the pharmaceutical industry, I had many opportunities to lead discussions with management and government agencies from the outset. I struggled with organizing the main points and constructing sharp hypotheses. Before the meetings, I engaged in thorough discussions with my boss, working day and night to prepare meticulously. As a result, the discussions proceeded smoothly and as planned, providing a sense of accomplishment and a renewed appreciation for my manager’s expertise. I was reminded of the importance of the steady effort behind a seemingly glamorous career, and I continue to value diligent work. I believe that aspiring to be a consultant like my manager has been a key factor in my ongoing efforts.

Driving Organizational Growth Through Personal Development

Looking ahead, I aim to contribute to organizational reform and human resource development. While personal growth is essential, there are limits to what one individual can achieve alone. To effectively engage those around me and drive reform with substantial momentum, combining strong logical reasoning with excellent interpersonal skills is crucial. I believe that integrity and respect—dedication to one’s work—are key to this process. Fortunately, I am surrounded by experienced colleagues who serve as invaluable mentors. I look forward to learning from them daily as I work towards achieving my goals.

Private Life

In my free time, I enjoy cycling, hiking, and traveling.
I often take extended paid leave between projects to travel abroad. To maximize these valuable opportunities, I apply the skills and knowledge gained from my consulting work, such as meticulous travel planning and researching local information. Expanding my horizons and having enriching time off helps recharge me for my daily work.
