The Joy of Recruiting: Making a Difference in People's Lives

I am responsible for mid-career recruitment in the Production Department. My primary tasks include developing recruitment plans and conducting interviews with candidates. The most rewarding aspect of my job is when I play a key role in a candidate's decision-making process. In today's candidate-driven market, where candidates have numerous options, hearing someone say, "I decided to join Baycurrent because of you," makes me truly appreciate the fulfillment of this work.

Mastering the Basics and Achieving Significant Growth Through Small Steps

I have found the essence of my work in "mastering the basics," which means "dedicating oneself to performing ordinary tasks with excellence." Since joining the company as a new graduate, I have consistently put my full effort into every task, regardless of its scale. This dedication has enabled me to grow and now lead my own team. In recruitment, I often hear people express a desire to do "important" or "exciting" work. However, to achieve these goals, it is crucial to master the basics and earn the trust of those around you. Small, consistent efforts eventually lead to significant results. I will continue to approach every task with sincerity and strive to develop both my character and skills.

I aspire to be an inspiring leader whom others want to follow. Private Life

"Strive to enrich both your work and personal life to become a well-rounded member of society" was the advice given to me by my supervisor when I joined the company. Keeping these words in mind, I make an effort every day to perform my job well with a refreshed mind and body. Being a curious person, I often go on trips with my colleagues during my time off, which provides new stimuli and enriches my daily life.
