
Daisuke Kudo
After graduating from Waseda University Graduate School, he worked for a Japanese system integrator and a foreign consulting firm before assuming his current position.
He has been involved in a wide range of themes, from IT-based strategy planning, planning, and personnel-related measures to system implementation and operation at financial institutions' domestic and overseas bases.
Why Baycurrent?
I joined Baycurrent Technology when it was launched. I had always been sympathetic to their sincere approach to client issues as a consulting firm, but what made me decide to join was their determination to also commit to system implementation and maintenance. In addition to the strengths of traditional consulting services, I feel that the company has an environment in which I can actively propose the correct and effective use of technology and aim to further contribute to my client's business.
Career Vision
By working with my colleagues involved in launching the new company to create a better environment, I hope to be able to proactively propose new ideas and come up with solutions to the diverse needs of our customers.

The challenge to exceed client expectations
I am working both as an account manager and in launching a new technology company. By directly listening to my clients' challenges and expectations, I gain new insights every day about what the new company should achieve. In order to meet my clients' expectations, I have frequent discussions with account and technology members, and my days are extremely fulfilling.

Pursuing the client's perspective and maximizing value
The most distinctive feature of Baycurrent is its thorough client perspective. We believe that consistently working with clients in both consulting and technology is what allows us to provide high added value. I always find it rewarding to think about and provide better services while struggling every day with like-minded colleagues.

Leveraging partnerships to bring innovation to the IT market
Naturally, we aim to provide the greatest value possible to resolve our clients' issues, but in addition, we also want to actively collaborate with partner companies who share the same vision to provide even greater value. In order to contribute to the revitalization of the IT market in Japan, we would like to carry out activities that contribute to the entire market, not just our own company, but also together with our partner companies.
Private Life
I had traveled abroad many times and loved it, but around the same time I decided to join Baycurrent, my interest in Japan grew.
I have come to appreciate the wonderful things about Japan once again, and my new hobby is collecting temple stamps while visiting power spots all over the country.
