Why Baycurrent?
I have been interested in improving work efficiency since my previous job, and I wanted to develop my skills and gain knowledge within a group of experts in this field to contribute to companies and society.
I chose Baycurrent among many firms because it is a Japanese company, and through multiple interviews, I found the interviewers and the company atmosphere to be very appealing.
Career Vision
Receiving praise from clients for the results of our deliverables is my greatest motivation, as it provides joy and fulfillment. To continue experiencing this, I aim to engage in work that consistently delivers value to clients.

A Proposal for New Business Ventures for SIers: Mapping the Path to Success and Challenges in New Fields
What stands out in my memory is the new business proposal for SIers that I worked on for my first project after joining the company. It initially started as a new business proposal for the manufacturing industry but eventually evolved into a proposal for the construction industry. I visualized the processes at construction sites, explored use cases using personas, identified pain points, and proposed measures to address them, ultimately presenting a business plan.

The Importance of True Professionalism and Self-Improvement Learned from Young Professionals
What I remember most about this project is the valuable guidance I received from experienced young consultants. I was inspired by their dedication to delivering value to clients, regardless of age. I realized that to succeed as a consultant, continuous learning is essential, and neglecting self-improvement can quickly render one ineffective. This experience heightened my awareness of the need for self-improvement and crisis management, fueling my motivation for further growth.

Creating an Environment Where We Can Grow Together Through Friendly Competition
The sense of accomplishment I feel when clients praise my work is invaluable, and I am committed to continuously improving my delivery skills. Additionally, I am excited about the company's ongoing growth and momentum. I am eager to contribute by helping to train mid-career employees like myself. By fostering mutual improvement, we grow together as a team, and I am enthusiastic about being involved in such initiatives.
Private Life
I spend most of my time with my family.
I have two sons, so we play together, help with their studies, and go out for family meals every weekend.
Running has become a habit for me, and if I have time on weekdays before work, I make an effort to go for a run beforehand.
