Learning the Basics of System Implementation While Starting from Scratch

Since joining Baycurrent, the most memorable experience has been working on the system requirements definition project for the implementation of an accounting system at a megabank. I particularly remember how we advanced the project through trial and error. I gained extensive experience, including negotiating with the user department, preparing documentation for requirements definition, developing the system implementation plan, and reporting to decision-makers.

Building a Strong Foundation as a Consultant

I feel that I have been able to refine my consulting skills. Having transitioned from a non-consulting industry, I learned to deliver more value than expected through tasks such as document preparation, client negotiations, and receiving feedback from my superiors. This allowed me to acquire fundamental consulting skills and grow significantly.

Aiming to Deliver Higher Value Results

I want to leverage the lessons learned from my experiences in future projects to deliver high-value results for my clients. The company’s diverse team provides numerous learning opportunities. I look forward to expanding my knowledge by taking on new industries and themes that I have not previously encountered.

Private Life

I had a barbecue with my colleagues. The members are so close that I even have private interactions with the members I met at work. I feel that being on good terms with them makes communication smoother and helps me a lot at work. Most of the members are very frank, so I have a lot of fun and a fulfilling time both at work and at home.
