After graduating from Hosei University, she worked for a major non-life insurance company before joining Baycurrent in 2022.
She is involved in planning and executing digital transformation (DX) strategies, supporting DX talent development, and building dashboards, primarily within industries such as insurance and media/entertainment.

Comprehensive Support for New Company Establishment

Lookin back on my time since joining the company, I realize that the experiences gained from various projects have significantly shaped my current self. A particularly memorable project was my first involvement after joining, which was supporting the "establishment of a DX subsidiary." This project provided comprehensive support, from developing a roadmap for commercializing DX services to formulating the necessary action plans and preparing for the company's establishment. It was a valuable opportunity to learn the importance of "close communication with clients," a hallmark of Baycurrent.

Learning the Attitude of "Being Supportive While Also Conveying What Needs to be Communicated"

As the project approached its final stages, many issues arose, and I was busy daily with minor adjustments and consideration of countermeasures. Despite these challenges, I prioritized communication with the client. I learned from my superiors and Baycurrent colleagues the importance of being supportive while also conveying necessary messages as a consultant. Although there were instances when discussions became complicated due to differing perceptions and progress stalled, this experience allowed me to grow significantly. Successfully overcoming various difficulties and completing the project as a team provided a tremendous sense of achievement and marked the moment I first experienced the excitement of consulting. The skills and mindset developed through this experience remain crucial to me today.

Aiming to Become a High-Value Generalist

In the future, I aim to proactively tackle new challenges across different industries and fields within the one-pool system. I plan to apply my past experiences to other projects and expand my skill set by gaining new perspectives and knowledge. My goal is to be the first to work closely with clients to identify and solve their problems and deliver value. By doing so, I hope to not only achieve results in projects but also contribute to enhancing Baycurrent's overall value.

Private Life

My pastime is traveling. I enjoy trying local cuisine and discovering unique ingredients at local supermarkets. By planning my work schedule in advance, I can usually take time off relatively easily, which allows me to embark on longer trips.
