Why Baycurrent?
I decided to join Baycurrent because I found the one-pool system and company culture very appealing.
The one-pool system provides an environment where you can take on projects in a variety of industries and themes depending on your motivation and effort, and the company fosters an atmosphere that actively encourages taking on new challenges. During my job search, I had the opportunity to speak with people from various companies, but I felt that Baycurrent employees take on challenges with a flexible mindset and a sense of urgency, and I wanted to work in a similar environment and contribute to the company's growth.
Career Vision
Before joining Baycurrent, I worked at a foreign consulting firm, where I was involved in cross-industry projects centered on the IT infrastructure field. While honing my experience in technology and industry, I would like to leverage the one-pool system and challenge myself in areas such as strategy and planning.

Utilizing Experience from Previous Job to Manage Projects for Important Clients
Since joining Baycurrent, I have been involved in a megabank's CCoE (Cloud Center of Excellence) project. A wide range of skills is required, including advanced knowledge of the AWS platform, close communication with multiple organizations within the CCoE, and responding to and coordinating inquiries from user departments considering cloud adoption. By leveraging team members' strengths, I was able to stabilize CCoE operations and implement improvement activities aimed at increasing efficiency and eliminating dependency on individuals, which earned me the praise and trust of the client.

Creating Greater Value through Team Management
I joined the project midway in a leadership role. I realized how challenging it was, as we had not yet built a good relationship with the client, specialized skills were required, and adjustments had to be made considering the client's interests. First, I stabilized the entire operation, and was very focused on building trust with the client step by step. I demonstrated value through teamwork by leveraging each member's strengths. I realized that value can be multiplied many times when teamwork is utilized instead of relying solely on individual efforts, and this led to the development of my management skills.

Aiming to Be a Source of Mid-to-Long Term Value for Clients
I have learned that client trust leads to subsequent projects and opportunities for proposals in new departments. I intend to continue with ongoing improvement activities and the consideration of the ideal state, aiming to propose activities that will enable both Baycurrent and the clients to grow. I also aim to build relationships with senior client personnel, propose solutions to mid-to-long term challenges, and work towards providing continuous support.
Private Life
As a dual-income household with two children, I make a conscious effort to switch between work and personal life, whether it is a weekday or a weekend. I make time to spend with my family on weekdays, and on weekends, I often engage in active activities such as camping. I am pleased to maintain a good balance between work and personal life.
