After graduating from Kwansei Gakuin University, he joined Baycurrent in 2021.
In the energy industry, he has been involved in projects such as supporting large-scale SAP implementations, system improvements, and new system developments.
Why Baycurrent?
The deciding factors for my decision to join Baycurrent were the opportunity to gain a broad range of experience and the appeal of the people working here. The one-pool system was particularly attractive to me, as I wanted to be involved in various industries and services rather than focusing on just one. Additionally, the personal charm of the employees I met during the selection process was a significant factor. They exhibited not only intelligence but also approachability and the enthusiasm characteristic of a rapidly growing company. I was greatly inspired by them and felt, "This is the kind of professional I aspire to be."
Career Vision
My career vision is to be a consultant who combines a long-term perspective with a strong commitment to each project and client. I aim to be someone who others can rely on, thinking, "With this person, we can achieve anything."

A Project to Build a System That Brings Together Different Cultures
This was a new system construction project (from BPR to system construction/implementation). The company we supported was established with 50% investment from two different companies, resulting in a situation where "the same business objectives were achieved using different methods." As the lead business consultant, I oversaw and successfully completed the entire process, including "investigating and organizing existing business operations," "designing optimal business processes through BPR," and "constructing a new system." Thanks to the success of this project, we earned the client’s deep trust and continue to support BPR and system construction in other areas.

Tenacious Project Management Gained from Business Integration and System Construction
Leading a project for the first time allowed me to grow significantly as a consultant. During the business integration phase, differing perspectives among team members made it challenging to unify viewpoints. Additionally, we encountered situations where we had to quickly devise alternative plans due to delays in system development. Nevertheless, through extensive discussions with the enthusiastic client and project team, we overcame these challenges and successfully completed both the business integration and system construction. This project provided me with valuable experience in consistently driving projects from both business and system perspectives, and I feel I have grown considerably as a result.

Taking on New Challenges as a Leader in Multiple Fields
In the future, I aim to take on the challenge of "leading projects across multiple areas." While I have previously led projects in a single area, I now aspire to lead "multiple business areas" or both "business and IT areas" simultaneously. Ultimately, I would like to "lead projects that I have proposed and secured myself" based on these experiences. To achieve this goal, I plan to learn from my superiors and approach my daily work with a client-first perspective.
Private Life
My hobbies include social gatherings and traveling, often with my colleagues. One of Baycurrent’s features is the ability to take long vacations depending on project circumstances. I have had the opportunity to travel to Europe with my colleagues. In these non-work settings, I enjoy different conversations and strengthening my friendships. I also occasionally dine with clients, which allows me to discover new and delicious restaurants they recommend.
