After graduating from Meiji University, she joined Baycurrent in 2022.
She is currently involved in mid-career recruitment and has previously been responsible for supporting the construction of large-scale systems and project management in the financial industry.
Why Baycurrent?
I wanted to grow in a challenging environment where I could advance and receive raises based on performance. After observing my seniors at Baycurrent and learning about the company's growth environment and performance-based promotion system, I decided to join the company.
Career Vision
While I don’t have a clear vision yet, I have valued the mindset of "first try doing what you are told," which I learned from an instructor during training. My superiors, who are experienced consultants, have included me in projects that suit my skills, allowing me to work with confidence. I aim to maintain this mindset and continue growing.

Trust and Growth Gained Through Long-Term Projects
Unusually for a consultant, I participated in the same project for two years. After providing support over a long period in a highly competitive environment, I felt a significant sense of accomplishment when the client said, "We want to rely on you because you are from Baycurrent and because you are Sho-san." Although this was my first assignment, I had the opportunity to support the project for an extended period, and it remains an unforgettable experience, thanks to the exceptional team members I worked with.

Improved Leadership in Driving Complex Projects
In this project, I was responsible for coordinating numerous participants from banks, securities firms, consulting companies, and IT vendors. I believe I significantly improved my negotiation and facilitation skills. During the project launch and requirements definition phases, there was a lack of cohesion among stakeholders and systems. However, through extensive discussions with the client and vendors, we were able to devise a solution that everyone could agree on. Over the past two years, under the guidance of my direct supervisor, I gained valuable insights into the importance of customer negotiation, proposal development, and facilitation skills. I learned that these skills are crucial for successful project management. Additionally, I experienced the importance of teamwork and the satisfaction of overcoming challenges. This experience allowed me to enhance my basic consulting skills and develop strong leadership capabilities while respecting client opinions.

Growing Together with Your Team as a Next-Generation Leader
Looking ahead, I aim to pass on what I have learned to my juniors as a team leader. Since "human resources" are the key to success for both clients and consultants, I plan to create opportunities within projects for all team members to acquire and practice essential skills for their medium- to long-term growth. In the future, when our clients face even more challenging tasks, I will focus on building long-term relationships to ensure that they continue to choose us as we grow.
Private Life
My hobby is attending music festivals, and I go frequently. On Fridays, I particularly look forward to toasting with my colleagues to unwind after the week.
