Why Baycurrent?
The overwhelming growth environment was the deciding factor for me to join the company. The company culture values a willingness to continuously take on challenges, and indeed, many young employees are entrusted with high-level tasks and are thriving. Additionally, the people I met during my job search were not only intelligent but also warm, ambitious, and charming. Inspired by these individuals, I decided to join Baycurrent, convinced that I could achieve maximum growth by continuously challenging myself.
Career Vision
I aim to enhance my market value by becoming a trusted individual who people say, "I want to ask Wakahara-san." Although this industry is often perceived as male-dominated, I aspire to be a role model and become a woman whom others admire and look up to.

The First Success Story of Overcoming Challenges and Building a Foundation for Growth
The most memorable tasks after joining the company were examining the system operation process and creating explanatory materials for the US and UK branches. During my first year, these tasks presented high-level challenges in terms of knowledge, skills, and language, and I often found myself unsure of where to start. However, the guidance from my respected seniors, tailored to my level of understanding, enabled me to successfully complete the materials, which were highly praised by the client. This experience was my first major success in my professional life and has become a significant motivator for me to work hard every day, aiming to catch up with and surpass the seniors who supported me.

Trust Gained After Overcoming Challenges
Through this project, I developed the mindset of consistently exceeding expectations, not just as a young employee, but as a professional. In an environment where I interacted with the client’s management, there was no room for the excuse of being "young." Despite the many challenges, the sense of accomplishment from surpassing the expectations of those around me was immensely rewarding. Additionally, interacting with stakeholders both in Japan and overseas, including in France and Germany, helped me develop interpersonal skills essential for motivating people and organizations. I believe I have become adept at considering things from others’ perspectives to build trust quickly and deeply, overcoming language and cultural barriers.

Aspiring to Be a Professional Who Creates Opportunities
Looking ahead, I aim to not only achieve results within projects but also create new opportunities. I aspire to be someone who can manage everything from proposing and winning new projects to providing ongoing support. While this goal is a high hurdle for someone still early in their career, Baycurrent's culture of providing young employees with opportunities to take on challenges is a major draw for me. Moreover, the strict yet supportive approach of my superiors and seniors provides valuable guidance. I intend to leverage these strengths of Baycurrent to progress towards becoming the ideal professional as swiftly as possible.
Private Life
On my days off, I enjoy traveling with my peers. I have more opportunities to travel now than I did as a student and frequently visit various regions of Japan. Additionally, participating in events such as BBQs allows me to see different sides of my team members and classmates, helping me build stronger friendships. After work, I sometimes visit public baths or beauty salons to refresh and enjoy my time.
