After working at a global IT company, he joined Baycurrent in 2015. He has extensive experience in consulting, covering everything from strategy formulation to execution phases, including CX strategy, sales strategy, new business planning, and large-scale BPO in the insurance, retail, and manufacturing industries.

After graduating from the University of Tokyo, he joined Baycurrent in 2021. He is engaged in a wide range of activities, including developing promotion and business strategies for launching a healthcare venture for an electric power company, overseeing system implementation and new product development for a life insurance company, and driving DX initiatives for a retail company.
