I wanted to broaden my scope beyond the HR industry and challenge myself with more complex business issues to further develop my professional capabilities. What attracted me to Baycurrent was not only the opportunity to take on a wide variety of challenges, but also the flexibility to build a career that can adapt to different life stages and appealed to me as as a place where you can become whatever you aspire to be through your own efforts.

As a member of the Strategy Group*, I want to take on higher-difficulty CxO agendas, further sharpening my ability to grasp the essence of an issue and lead it through to resolution. By taking part in a greater number of projects that lead industry-wide transformation and business development initiatives, I hope to deliver even greater value as a strategy consultant capable of leading everything from concept development through execution.

*Strategy Group: One of Baycurrent's specialized internal practices. By building strong partnerships with clients’ senior management and tackling fundamental issues at the core of management, the group not only proposes solutions but also drives them through execution, leading transformation of industry structures.

Since joining Baycurrent, I've worked on a variety of business strategy projects across different industries. One of the most memorable was supporting the R&D division of an automotive manufacturer in developing its Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) strategy.
In an increasingly competitive market, our role was to identify what would enable the client to stay ahead and translate those insights into concrete business concepts, products, and services. The project required us to think strategically about the future of mobility while balancing technology, customer value, and business feasibility.
Through this experience, I learned not only how to quickly build expertise in an unfamiliar domain, but also how important it is to bring stakeholders together and drive decision-making forward. The project efforts were recognized by winning Baycurrent's internal annual awards contest, making it a particularly meaningful milestone in my career.

Projects involving CxO-level agendas often come with a high level of responsibility and require us to think from a management perspective. At the same time, they offer a unique opportunity to influence key business decisions and contribute to meaningful transformation for both our clients and their industries.
Looking ahead, I hope to take on greater leadership responsibilities by serving as the client lead on projects, guiding team members toward a shared goal while helping each individual maximize their strengths. By developing both people and projects, I aspire to continuously create higher-value engagements and contribute to Baycurrent's continued growth.

I have continued dancing ever since I first took it up at university. In addition to performing as a dancer, I have also been involved on the production side, planning immersive theater experiences and dance performances. At our Year End Party held at the end of fiscal year 2025, I brought together fellow dancers from across the company to choreograph and perform an original piece.
